Smartphone Mock-ups

1. To apply the mock-up on the phone, expand the group of the selected phone and double-click the yellow"Mock-Up Area" layer (it will open into a new document).
2. Paste in your design, hit Enter to exit Transform mode and ALT+click+drag the layer mask over the new layer. Save and close it.


The .PSD file contains 8 layer groups, each containing a black and a white version for each view. Each phone is aproximately 600 x 1600 px at 300 DPI. The following views are included, with front and back versions:
- Portrait
- Landscape
- Angled left
- Angled right

Folder structure

There are 8 main layer groups, each containing two sub-layers with the grouped phone layers, named "Black" and "White". The main groups are colored with alternating blue and green so you can browse through them easily.

Layer Groups

The smart objects named "Mock-Up Area" in the "White" and "Black" layer groups marked with yellow are a placeholder for the image you want to place. For the "Angled" versions, you will have to warp the image to fit the perspective of the phone. To do this, go to Edit > Transform > Skew and click-drag the distortion points. Hit Enter.
